I am a Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Allergy Antidotes Practitioner, Addictions Specialist, and Reiki Master, with complementary therapy experience since 1999. I am fully insured and have full police DBS up to date. I am available in these areas:
1. Online video via Zoom or WhatsApp;
2. Newcastle, twice a month in Jesmond, NE2.
3. In SE London, once every 1-2 months, in my Southeast clinic space.
4. Home visits in the Northeast.

So, what do I offer? Coaching, Therapy and Courses for people 18-65+ who want to improve their lives, enjoy more freedom, the joy of a healthy mind-body-spirit, and genuinely value a therapist with integrity and the right skills.

My areas of specialty are:
* Trauma and PTSD, including c-PTSD. Anxiety, stress, and depression usually have some kind of trauma as a cause, often unidentified by the client.
* Addictions - cigarettes, vape, co-dependency, food, sugary drinks, bulimia, porn, and overused recreational substances.
* Relationships - navigating what went wrong, its root causes, and moving forward to happier relationships.
* Adults with ADHD and/or Autism, and adults on the LGBTQI spectrum. I have had specialist training, which is updated yearly.
* Business development for self-employed people.
* Spiritual development (I work with all beliefs, including atheist). I have read both the Bible in English and the Quran in Arabic, cover-to-cover.
